Connecting MS Teams and ICEFLO
Before being able to connect Microsoft Teams with ICEFLO, you must first add the ICEFLO connector to Teams. Ensure before adding the ICEFLO connector that a Channel already exists in teams for you to connect to.
From within Microsoft Teams
From within Microsoft teams navigate to Teams on the left hand menu.
From the Channel which you want to connect to, click on General, then the three dots to the right hand side. From the menu select Connectors.
On selecting the connectors option a modal window will appear, from this window search for 'ICEFLO' and opt to configure.
Once you have invoked the Configure button, give the connector an identifiable name and copy the URL. (This URL will be pasted into ICEFLO)
Adding the URL to ICEFLO
Once the URL has been copied, as a user who has the permission level or manager or above within ICEFLO, navigate to the Collaboration Left Hand Menu Item.
From here you will see any existing Collaboration Channels. There will also be the option in the top right of Add Collaboration.
This will launch the Collaboration Channel modal window. Give the channel an identifiable name, ensure the product dropdown is populated with Microsoft Teams and paste in the URL which was copied from Teams in the previous step.
Ensure from Microsoft Teams you save setting up the ICEFLO connector, if this is not done the connection will not be made.
Once the collaboration has been set up a connection successful message will appear in the channel.
