Once channels have been created from the Collaboration domain, they can be added to Runbooks so that any communication or notification messages with regards to a Runbook are sent to the Teams Channel. To add a Collaboration channel, from the ... More Options menu select the Communications item.

Navigate to the Collaboration option. From here, any channels which have currently been aligned to the Runbook will be listed as well as other potential channels. Using the Add button you can add Channels to the Runbook.

Once the channel has been added any communication or notifications which are sent out from ICEFLO will be sent to the collaboration channel.
