As an organisation you may choose to enable your instance to integrate with Microsoft Teams. To allow for the integration to be set up any user within the ICEFLO instance who has the permission level of Administrator can navigate to the Admin Domain > Configuration.

From the configuration page you will see the option Enable Collaboration Channels, checking this box will allow for channels within Teams to be added to Runbooks.
