Issue Communications
Communications can be triggered from issues which have been raised against a Runbook.
Issue escalations will be triggered from the Runbook if escalations have been enabled from the Runbook.
Escalations will be sent when the following occurs:

Medium or High Level Issue Raised | Issue being raised where the severity is either medium or high |
Issue Resolved | Issue being resolved |
Issue Severity Increased from Low to High |
The severity of an issue being increased |
Issue Severity Increased from Low to Medium |
The severity of an issue being increased |
Issue Severity Increased from Medium to High |
The severity of an issue being increased |
Issue Severity Decreased from High to Medium |
The severity of an issue being decreased |
Issue Severity Decreased from Medium to Low |
The severity of an issue being decreased |
Issue Severity Decreased from High to Low | The severity of an issue being decreased |
Estimated Resolution Time Passed | The estimated resolution time of an issue being passed |
Backout Activated | Issue being raised with the Backout being invoked, regardless of issue severity |
Note: Caution must be exercised when assigning severity to an issue as automated communications may occur i.e. sending emails to those involved in the deployment.
