You can view a list of all your Contacts directly from the Main Menu.

This screen will display a list of Contacts from your organisation,who are provisioned as Users in ICEFLO.

From this screen you can use the search function to find a specific User. The User can be contacted directly from this screen via email, text and phone by clicking on the icon.  If an icon is not interactive then the User has not provided these details in the Web application of ICEFLO.  

Please note that the mobile application selects 'work phone' from a User's comms in the Web app as the default configuration for sending SMS messages to.  If no workphone number has been provided then the 'mobile' field, if this has been populated, will become the default.
