The Runbook page is the first page you will see on logging in to the Mobile App. This displays  Runbook’s which are aligned to the Group or Groups which you are part of and they are displayed in Runbook ID order with the most recent Runbook at the top of the list.

Once a Runbook has been progressed to a state of Closed or if the Planned or Forecast End time is older than 60 days the Runbook will not display in the list.

This screen contains information relating to the Runbook such as Runbook ID, Runbook Title, State, RAG State and the name of the Imp Manager.

From this page you can scroll up and down to see all Runbook's or use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific Runbook.

You can select a Runbook by simply tapping the screen on the Runbook name, and this will provide further information about the Runbook.

By selecting a Runbook the Runbook Details page will open. This screen is a visualisation of the core aspects of the Runbook.

1. Runbook Details show you the Runbook ID, Runbook Title
2. The State and RAG Status of your Runbook
3. The Gain indicates if you are running ahead (-ve) or behind (+ve) schedule relative to the time at which the Runbook was Activated
4. As the Runbook progresses the blue percentage complete bar increases accordingly.
5. The schedule in the mobile application is shown as a vertical line and provides information on the Change Start (Green spot), Change End (Yellow spot) and Service Impact (Red spot) and if applicable the Warning Threshold (Amber spot)
6. Information is also provided on the Forecast Imp, Backout Now and Backout Worst Case End times
