List Tasks

In the Runbook domain, the List Tasks screen will always present the complete suite of tasks.

ICEFLO records a sustainable amount of data as to how tasks progressed through the STP Lifecycle. Allowing you to identify where losses and gains were made throughout the plan.

Below are definitions of the terminology you will require when on the List Tasks screen.

Term  Definition 
Start Time  This is the current start time of the task, for example if the task is active the start time will be the actual start time
End Time  This is the current end time of the task, for example if the task is active the end time will be the forecast end time
Duration  The time taken for the task to be completed
Baseline Duration
The duration given to a task, this is stamped once the task is approved and will not change
Planned Duration
The duration given to a task and the point the Runbook was approved
Forecast Duration
The duration given to a task once the task has breached the planned duration the forecast time till tick forward with system time
Actual Duration
The actual time taken for the task to be completed
Explicit Start
A time that can be set against a task where the task cannot be started before that time, regardless of complete predecessors
Baseline Start The start time of the task when the Runbook has been approved
Baseline End The end time of the task when the Runbook has been approved
Planned Start  The start time of the task when the Runbook is Committed, if this is breached the forecast time will tick forward with system time until the task is activated
Planned End The end time of the task when the Runbook is Committed, if this is breached the forecast time will tick forward with system time until the task is completed
Forecast Start The start time of the task once the Runbook is Activated, once planned start time is breached the forecast time will tick forward with system time
Forecast End  The end time of the task after the Runbook is Activate, one the planned end time is breached the forecast end time of the task will tick forward with system time
Actual Start The time the task actually started
Actual End  The time the task actually completed
Task State
The state that a task is in for example active, pending or complete
Delta
The time gained or lost on a task duration, if this is a minus number then this is the time gained on the task For example a task had a planned duration of 5 minutes, however it actually took 10 minutes, the delta for this task would be 5 mins. As it took 5 minutes longer than originally planned. 
Duration
The minutes taken for the task or stage to be completed
End-End Delta The difference between planned and actual end
Start Delay (mins)
Is the amount of time passed from when the task became available to when it was activated
Complete Delay (mins)
Forecast end time of the task on activation 'v' current forecast/actual end of the task
Flags
Task flags appear on the primary report and denote additional detail or attributes assigned to a given task
Runbook Gain The Gain indicates how much time you have lost or made on a Runbook. If this number is a - then this is amount of time which you have gained in the runbook
