Performing a Walkthrough in ICEFLO

To support your ICEFLO user community when you plan to run walkthroughs with large numbers of participants, we have some guidance and tips which will contribute to the efficiency of the excercise.

1.  When performing walkthroughs with large numbers of people we would recommend performing your walkthroughs via a screenshare with only those likely to be editing Runbooks, logged into make any necessary edits.

2. When walking through a Runbook it can also be useful to pause dynamic updates. This will prevent continual screen refreshes and will allow you to focus on the changes that you are making. Simply click off the auto refresh option on your view.

3. To keep the data you are viewing as a team clear and concise, consider reducing the number of rows you are viewing on Runboook List Tasks and Event List Tasks. We would recommend reducing the view to 100 or less.

4. Use the card visualisation screen, which enables you to see stages clearly and make edits directly from that screen as you step through the plan. On this screen, you can see the whole plan, or filter into specific data as required.
