To close an Issue in ICEFLO navigate to the Issue and complete any relevant fields i.e. Resolution Type, Resolution etc. These fields are not mandatory.  

Click on Close Issue.  The Issue will close but this will not close/solve the related Incident in ServiceNow.  

On the ICEFLO tab within ServiceNow the Issue State will show as Closed.
