ServiceNow - Update Incident

When an Incident has been raised there are a number of fields which are mapped to the ICEFLO Incident panel.  The editable fields, highlighted below, will be visible to the end User.

Once you have made your changes press the Update button within ServiceNow.

Please note that when you amend the Impact of the Incident in ServiceNow you will be asked to supply Work Notes which can be located under the Notes tab as shown below.

If you are sitting on the ICEFLO Incident panel you can click on 'Check for External Updates' to pull through any changes from ServiceNow.  

As you will see from the image below the fields have been updated.

The Activity panel records updates which are made to the ICEFLO application in relation to Incidents and ServiceNow.
