User Audit
The Audit screen is only visible to Users with Admin rights.
An Audit framework and Audit trail is shown for User interactions with the ICEFLO application in the areas of Login, Users and Groups.
The Audit domain enables our customers not only to understand, in detail, which functions have been performed by Users but additionally records generic information with regards to the nature of their interaction within the ICEFLO application e.g. IP address, channel used (web, mobile).
Admin
From the Users domain on the left hand side menu click on the User Audit tab.
User Audit
The User Audit List will proved the Auditor with an Interactive Report which can be filtered and formatted as required.
When: the date the Action occurred
Actor/Who: the User making the changes
Trigger: this column is the action which Triggered the change
Action: this refers to what Action was applied to the data
Name: depending on the subject, the Name column will be populated from one or more fields
Data Detail: this relates to which item has been amended
From/To: these columns show the Auditor the values before and after the Action
Additional Report Columns
Two additional columns can be displayed by choosing Select Columns from the Actions dropdown.
Device: this will show the Auditor which device the Action was made from i.e. Web, Mobile
Username: this is the Username of the person making the change
