Open issues which you have raised can be viewed from the Runbook Details page.  Displayed on this screen are the number and severity of Issues associated to the Runbook.

Individual Issues can be viewed in more detail by clicking View Issues.

By viewing Runbook Issues, you are provided with a list of Issues associated to the Runbook. Use the search feature at the top of the screen to search for a specific Issue.

The Issues are listed with a status icon to show if they are Open or Closed (system generated issues are now shown in the mobile app) as as well as an icon to highlight the severity of the Issue as High, Medium or Low.

Tapping on an Issue will show the details for a specific Issue.

Issue Details provides you with more detailed information about the Issue including contact information on the Issue Manager, Issue Owner and the User who raised the Issue.
