Documents at Runbook Level

Documents or links to documents can be uploaded to either overall Runbooks or Tasks within the Runbooks.

To add a document or a link to a document to a Runbook you can do so by navigating to the Runbook Details.

Click on The Documents option.

Click Update Documents.

On clicking update documents a modal window will appear giving you the ability to either upload a link to a document to the Runbook or upload a copy of the document to the Runbook.

When uploading either a link or a copy of a documents you must always provide a name for the document.

Then in the URL Link field the link to the documents can be added. On selecting Add Document the Document Link will be added to the Runbook.

Uploading a Document

Rather than uploading a link to a document you can opt to upload a copy of the Document itself, if this is the case from the modal window you would toggle to the upload option. From here you can invoke the file browse button

Viewing Documents Once Added

Once a document or a link to a document has been added they can be view from the Documents tab from the Runbook Details panel.

Removing a Documents

To remove any documents or document links which have been added to a Runbook you can do so by clicking the Update Documents button, this will launch the documents modal window. From here you can maintain the Documents associated with the Runbook. Clicking on the bin icon will remove the document or link from the Runbook.
